A platter of fried seafood at Richy Lounge

In September 2026 the kitchen at Richy Lounge changed. Next to the breakfasts, burgers and steaks there is now a full Italian section, printed on the menu under the title Italian Passion, with one line underneath it: authentic Italian tradition, working 100% with the availability and quality of local ingredients.

If you are looking for Italian food in Sharm El Sheikh, this is what you will find at Richy, course by course. Prices are on the menu page, in Egyptian pounds, exactly as printed.

Italian breakfast

The day starts the Italian way, with Cappuccino & Brioche — the classic Italian wake-up.

Antipasti della tradizione

Two traditional starters to share:

  • Bruschetta Classica — grilled house bread, fresh garlic, diced cherry tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Caprese di Bufala — buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Primi della tradizione

The first courses are where Italian Passion is at its most classic:

  • Risotto alla Milanese — a creamy risotto with stock, onion, butter, Parmigiano Reggiano and saffron.
  • Penne all'Arrabbiata — penne in tomato sauce with garlic, chilli and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Spaghetti Pomodoro e Basilico — spaghetti in fresh tomato sauce with basil and garlic.
  • Spaghetti alle Vongole — spaghetti with clams, garlic and parsley.

Secondi: from the sea and from the grill

From the sea, the Grigliata Mista di Mare is a selection of fresh grilled fish and seafood with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and herbs, and the Fritto Misto all'Italiana is fish and seafood lightly floured and fried golden, served with lemon.

From the grill, the Grigliata Mista di Carne is a selection of meats grilled in the Italian tradition, and the Scaloppine al Limone are tender medallions of meat cooked in the pan with a delicate lemon sauce.

Six classic pizzas

  • Pizza Margherita — tomato, mozzarella, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Pizza Marinara — tomato, garlic, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Pizza Quattro Formaggi — mozzarella and a selection of four Italian cheeses.
  • Pizza Diavola — tomato, mozzarella and spicy salami.
  • Pizza Frutti di Mare — tomato, mozzarella and a selection of seafood.
  • Pizza a Tua Scelta — tell us what you like and we will put it on your pizza.

Beyond Italian Passion

The rest of the menu stayed international. The International Section has the Lebanese, American and Egyptian breakfasts, a beef carpaccio, soups, salads, Fettuccine Alfredo and Spaghetti Sea Breeze, the Burger Station and the steaks — Tomahawk, T-Bone and Ribeye. The Vegetarian Corner has a Courgette Carpaccio and the Veggie Grill & Cheese. For dessert, the Affogato — hot espresso and ice cream, with Richy's personal touch — is the most Italian way to finish.

Where to eat it

Inside, or out on the garden terrace with its low tables and beanbags. Richy Lounge is on Peace Road, inside Delta Sharm — see the Find us page for directions and hours. Book a table on WhatsApp.

If you want music with your dinner, come on a Saturday for Sushi & Sax, or on a Thursday for karaoke.
